De Rotterdam, an icon of city architecture, resulting from a much-talked-about design by Rem Koolhaas’ OMA, is the literal realisation of a ‘vertical city’. De Rotterdam Apartments, labelled 44/floors, offer 240 exclusive apartments for purchase and rent.
Avenue Concordia took care of daily communications including community management, newsletters, events and brand collaborations during the construction phase and after completion of the building.

OBJECT Rotterdam is a yearly fair for contemporary design showing the unique works of a curated selection of galleries, designers and artists. Avenue Concordia collaborated with OBJECT and organized the fair in partnership with Amvest in the residential tower of De Rotterdam. Empty apartments were decorated with art and design, and visitors were offered the unique opportunity to visit the residential tower and watch the spectacular views at 150 meters. Artist Krijn de Koning created a large floor filling penthouse painting on the top floor. The fair attracted more than 10,000 visitors within 3 days.
