Located in the historic Scheepvaartkwartier in Rotterdam, De Zalmhaven is a new residential project and development by AM and Amvest. With its 215-meters skyscraper, two medium-sized residential towers, and spacious street-level townhouses, De Zalmhaven is versatile and appeals to citizens from all over the world. The positioning and brand, developed by Avenue Concordia and designed in collaboration with The Phoney Club, evokes the neighbourhoods history while communicating De Zalmhaven as the modern luxury home, offering a central location, exceptional views, and the very latest in service and convenience.





The branding was carried across various touch points including a coffee table book telling the story of the building in relation to the energy of the city of Rotterdam. Furthermore, Avenue Concordia developed all visual content, from interior and exterior visualisations, a campaign video, website with state-of-the-art residential finder, floor plans, stationary, social media and online campaign, and a start sale event attracting 2,000 potential customers. The campaign and brand developed by Avenue Concordia helped set De Zalmhaven apart, making it one of the most noteworthy new development launches in the Netherlands.
De Zalmhaven is a development of the Zalmhaven CV, built by BAM, and designed by Dam & Partners Architecten and KAAN Architecten. De Zalmhaven consists of 452 apartments, 33 townhouses, a parking garage, numerous offices and commercial spaces, a roof garden and a restaurant with views of Rotterdam's impressive skyline.
