Shipdock is a new residential area at a former shipyard in Amsterdam, a stone's throw from the city. It is a neighborhood with steel guts and radical comfort, think: wide spaces, green surroundings, a daily dip from your own dock, perhaps you park a boat in front of the door. Shipdock is a development by Amvest, Fred Developers and VolkerWessels. Avenue Concordia is involved in the project for the brand positioning and identity.
